Every bottle of Root to Tip is handcrafted in small batches in Kasur, Pakistan, and packed with care before it leaves us. Here is exactly how delivery works.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan through our courier partners.

The exact shipping charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and similar): 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
- Other cities and towns: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners. Weather, public holidays, sale periods and local conditions can occasionally cause delays.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery (COD) is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready when your parcel arrives. Before paying, you are welcome to check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged.
If a COD order is refused at the door without a valid reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier name and tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your full address and an active phone number are correct at checkout, as our courier may call to confirm delivery. Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number may be returned to us, and re-delivery may carry an additional shipping charge.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with something missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product, and we will make it right. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
